For the first few hundred customers we added a personal message on the postage. Unfortunately we won't be able to do it in the future since we switched from USPS to FedEx. It was really funny to see all those boxes with a personal message on them. I actually wanted to highlight it to make sure that people see it when it arrives. I really thought about it..... but going through hundreds of boxes, I don't think I have time for that. :)
